I am an ageless adult, with two grown and amazing children, my first granddaughter born in May 2020 with a 2nd granddaughter born in June 2022, one hairy yellow lab, an even hairier husky, and a cat named after the most awesome goalie ever, Carey Price. I was born in Thunder Bay (Port Arthur) and spent most of my growing up years out in BC, returning here when I was 18 years old and I’m here to stay as I absolutely love this amazing city and cannot imagine living anywhere else.
In 2016, one year after losing my husband and best friend of 27 years, I decided it was time to walk away from the desk job I had been working at, well, for pretty much my entire life, and my decision to join TravelOnly came about after months of research and phone calls, and has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made, as I joined not just a company, but a family. I have been to over 30 countries, and done everything from laying on a beach to backpacking through Europe to sailing Greece to hiking the Inca Trail to cruising the ocean, and even the destinations I have yet to travel to excite me.
