If you are going to do a wine tour while you are in Niagara Falls, then I highly recommend doing one by bike. I had the opportunity to do this tour a few years ago while on a girls' trip, and it is to date my favorite wine tour (and I've done a lot of wine tours in my travels).
We were picked up in Niagara Falls, driven to the tour office in Niagara On The Lake where we were outfitted for our bikes, given a safety briefing, then we were off! We saw not just the three wineries that day, but also enjoyed a nice, leisurely bike ride and enjoyed some beautiful scenery which is something I think you would miss if you were driving! The entire tour, from start to finish, takes about 3 1/2 to 4 hours, and you bike approximately 20km, but you will stop and see three wineries where you will sample various wines including ice wine, have snacks, have the chance to purchase wine, and have one full winery tour - ours was at Inniskillen. **The current price of this tour is $89.00/Person + HST as at the date of this article of Aug 2020 and is subject to change without notice.
