Rosie Is Amazing!

Rosie was amazing!!! She ensured my mother received the help she needed by the airline regarding a wheelchair. She asked the hotel to give us a room by the elevator and followed up with them. I never would have thought to ask that. The hospitality was amazing from the moment I contacted Rosie until I was home. Rosie goes above and beyond and cares for her clients. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Rosie for making my trip worry free so I could enjoy myself and my family!
